The child stands still in the darkness. Waits impatiently for the warmth of the person. Waits and waits, but the person does not come. It‘s the story of a sad dream...

This work is based on imagination and a story by MORITA Michika, it uses motives of the Nô plays Hyakuman and Sumidagawa.

A mother looking for her separated child is a key motive in the Nô, but this performance SASABÔSHI is developed from the perspective of the child.
